We do not offer refunds for:

Organic products such as cocopeat, vermicompost, potting mix, and related materials cannot be returned once dispatched due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are prepared based on customer-specific quantity requirements.
